12 Weeks

A performance-driven strength and conditioning system built to develop resilient, adaptable athletes. Designed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Strength Coach, this 12-week program integrates strength, mobility, stability, and power training to help you move better, recover faster, and train hard without breaking down. Ideal for intermediate to advanced trainees who want to build strength that lasts while continuing to move well.

This is a 5-day-per-week, gym-based training program with a simple split: 2 upper body days, 2 lower body days, and 1 full body day. Each workout takes about 60 minutes. If you’re short on time, the program can be run 4 days per week by skipping the full body day without compromising results. Every session begins with mobility and pre-hab work, followed by one primary strength lift (back squat, bench press, deadlift, overhead press), and finishes with a mix of circuit-based and traditional strength training to build strength, conditioning, and movement quality. Upper body days include deep core training, and anatomical sling and functional exercises are integrated throughout to improve force transfer, reduce injury risk, and support long-term performance.

As a prior college athlete I have had my fair share of injuries. I wanted a program that would take them into account while still focusing on my strength. This program is the best of both worlds and exactly what I needed to get myself back. Krista is extremely knowledgeable and does not use the typical cookie cutter solutions and exercises. She is always happy to help and make adjustments as needed. You will not be disappointed in her programs!
Krista's workouts were great! She would make changes specific to me, it was very personal and effective. The monthly cost was just a too high when factoring in the cost of a gym membership as well.
After seeing 3 PT's over the last two years, I had pretty much accepted my shoulder issues were just going to be a part of life. It took me a few months to commit to a program with Dr.K, but now I wish I had invested sooner. In less than 3 weeks l've felt more changes than I had after 3 months with any other PT. These are no "bandaid" fixes- Krista has figured out the root cause of my shoulder pain, paired with my hyper mobility l've compensated with my whole life and found a way to strengthen, stabilize, and correct everything that's been going wrong. We are headed in the right direction and I'm finally feeling hopeful for a pain free shoulder in the very near future.
Today i had an amazing morning/early afternoon with only a little pain, at the park i could run a few rounds with my toddler and pushing the baby stroller. I had some stiffness still but i felt like a normal human again, being able to move.
Dr. K is the 3rd and last PT I will ever see. I have went to in-person physical therapy many different times and somehow her online program has done more for me than any other in-person PT ever has. Her programs are so thoughtfully made and don't miss a beat. They are also great for people who actually want to be active and get strong for the long run and not just do the same 5 banded exercises over and over again hoping for a change. Her programs are not like that at all. I will be using her programs from here on out and have recommended her to friends and family.

My back pain was DEBILITATING until I started working with Krista. After just the first week i noticed a decrease in pain and I was able to lift up my son and play with him at the park. It's honestly incredible. The fact that I waited for years suffering with this pain now seems silly. I wish I had started working with her sooner. Btw, I dont want to jinx it, but my foot pain is practically gone!! I had what I think is Plantar fasciitis for over 1.5 years and it hasnt hurt for over a week now!! ( your program is amazing!
Everything is going great! I can tell I'm getting stronger and my neck has been feeling better.

I've been going up in either reps or weight every week, and my neck has felt stable. There is always some pain, but the pain is a lot less. I'm able to sleep better and do more physically.
Im one of those people who could never feel their glute firing when doing and leg exercises. Well that's now GONE. Not even sure how she did it but I can now feel my glutes working it's actually pretty crazy. Her mobility and activation work before the strengthening was also key! No more back and hip pain. Her programs are really comprehensive and not just some random shit off the internet. Definitely

About Me

I’m Krista Fazio, Doctor of Physical Therapy, Licensed Athletic Trainer in New York, and someone who’s spent more than a decade helping people move, feel, and perform their best. I’ve been a Physical Therapist for over 10 years and an Athletic Trainer for 13, but my love for human movement goes back much further.
I played competitive soccer through college and have always been fascinated by athletic performance and the body’s ability to adapt, strengthen, and heal. One of the biggest turning points in my career came while I was getting my doctorate. I had the opportunity to dissect a human cadaver, and that was the moment everything clicked. I saw firsthand how the fascial slings, muscles, nerves, and tendons are all interconnected. The body isn’t a group of isolated parts… it’s one integrated system. That experience completely transformed how I approached movement, rehab, and training.
Since then, I’ve worked in outpatient sports medicine treating everyone from high-level athletes to weekend warriors to individuals simply wanting to move without pain. And while I was helping others feel better, I was also on my own journey. I tried every training style out there — cardio-only, HIIT, bodybuilding routines — and every time, I ended up feeling stiff, achy, and disconnected. Something was always missing.That’s what led me to create my hybrid training model.
